Launch-Triggered Term Start: Notwithstanding any automated billing dates, your three (3) month advertising commitment shall officially commence only upon the date of the TasteNorcal Magazine inaugural launch. Any pre-launch development time will not count against your term.

Guaranteed Fulfillment Refund: We are committed to a high-standard launch. If for any reason the magazine does not move to publication, or if the venture is dissolved prior to the first issue, 100% of your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
